HIgh Rack VNA 하이랙창고 VNA(Very Narrow Aisle)
하이랙창고 VNA(Very Narrow Aisle)구간은 삼방향지게차 운행구간으로서 주행안정성과 작업능률극대화(Digonal pass)를 위해서는 매우 엄격한 바닥평활도기준이 적용되어야 합니다. 바닥평활도기준은 VDMA, DM(TR34) 있으며 시공방법으로는 Ultraflat Grinding과 Long Strip이 있습니다.

- Ultraflat Grinding
- FLOOR SHAVER는 HIGH RACK창고 VNA TRUCK 운영구간인 VNA(Very Narrow Aisle)에 전자제어 AUTOMATIC ULTRA FLAT GRINDING을 완벽하게 수행하여 DIGONAL PASS( 지게차 이동중 Fork 상하 이동)를 가능하게 하여 주는 초정밀 평탄화 작업입니다. 독일 VDMA(독일기계산업협회) MHE 업체들이 제정한 평활도 기준인 VDMA- Guideline “Floors for use with VNA Trucks” 를 유일하게 만족하며, 창고바닥시공시 절대적으로 선택되어지고 있습니다. 독일 대부분의 MHE 업체 VNA 평탄화 작업으로 FLOOR SHAVER 추천

- FM구간의 공사방법인 Wide Area 타설방법과 달리 4 ~ 6 M 간격으로 폭을 좁게하여 평활도 품질을 높이는 시공방법으로, 고도의 콘크리트 품질관리기술, 조인트설치오차 최소화, Leveling, Pan Floating & Finishing 등 종합적인 바닥시공 최고의 기술 난위도를 요하는 공법입니다.
