2003년 2월 ACIFC의 도움을 받아 영국 콘크리트협회가 미국의 F-number 시스템과 비슷하게 만든 바닥평활도 측정 시스템을 산업용바닥 시공 및 설계 지침서 “Technical Report 34, Appendix C“에 수록하였습니다 . 그후 2013년에 TR34, 4th edition에 정식으로 바닥측정방법을 명시하였습니다. 이것은 EN15620의 카피본으로, 주로 운행제한구역(Defined Movement Area)과 자유운행구간(.Free Movement Area)의 측정방법으로 구성되어졌습니다.
